- CHColin HinesMay 10, 20261.0I had to return something and person asked me Shien, Temu, and two other names I did not understand. I said I have an Amazon return and she said “we don’t accept them you MUST do at Kiosk!” My return though required an employee to accept it, then she says “we don’t accept YOUR kind.” Now I was thrown off by that comment as I thought it was very rude and disrespectful for a UPS employee to say! I don’t know who the Asian female was, but she needs to find another job where she has to point out and say to a civilian “we don’t accept YOUR kind.” That is very disrespectful and UPS could have a discrimination problem by customers if they’re kept around. Oh for anyone who’s wondering where the store is, it’s not longer next to Mountain Mike’s as you have to go around shopping center where the Donut shop is kind of facing across from a Subway in same shopping center.

- RTRobin TApr 6, 20261.0We just renewed our PBM and the cost for the small box went from $270 in 2025 to $390 in 2026 for the same box. No bigger, no smaller. I realized that their move and our renewal date over lapped by a week so in addition to the $120 annual increase, they charged us an additional $25 late fee. When I called to discuss the increase, I was told "you received a notice in your box. And, even though we were in the transition of moving locations, you are still responsible for the late fee." In this world where everything is going up in cost, the only thing a business has these days is customer service, well...... Don't come here to find it!!!!
