  Jorey was so helpful with the box I brought in to return to Amazon. He made sure it was secure and would survive the trip. Store is easy to locate and very clean. I would recommend this location and will return again myself.

  We come here for all of our shipping needs. Very quick service, in and out within a few minutes. Convenient location. They also provide printing here if you need to print out any paperwork or documents.

  I visited UPS yesterday, and I had a great experience. The Sakina was friendly professional, and very helpful throughout the process. They answered all of my questions, handled my shipment quickly, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated how smooth and efficient everything was. I highly recommend this UPS location to anyone looking for reliable and outstanding service

  I've been coming to this UPS location for years and have never been treated the way I was today.Before coming in, I called and was told that Live Scan services are typically done up to 30 minutes before closing. I arrived 37 minutes before closing, only to be immediately turned away. When I explained that I had called ahead and was told I was within the cutoff time, the employee rolled her eyes and told me, "We have to clean this mess up before we close." I wasn't looking for an argument, so I simply walked out. But if your staff doesn't want to provide a service that is advertised and that customers are told is available, then the policy needs to be clearly communicated instead of treating customers like they're an inconvenience. The issue isn't that I was told no. The issue is the attitude, the lack of professionalism, and the complete disregard for a customer who arrived within the timeframe your store itself provided. Extremely disappointing experience from a location I've supported for years.
