    Lower your expectations for this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS, INCONSISTENT SHIPPING REGULATIONS - I've been coming to this UPS store for several years and the staff and service have always been great...UNTIL NOW. Something changed with some of the new employees. The last 3 times I've come to ship packages they've been rude, condescending and unhelpful. They act like they're doing you a favor, talk down to customers and seem genuinely annoyed when asking them a question. First time I was trying to use the kiosk to return an Amazon package. I asked the employee behind the counter if I needed a box in addition to the clear bag they provide and she rolled her eyes at me and said "What did Amazon tell you??" Wow, not very helpful. I ended up figuring out on my own. Second time I went to ship a T-shirt which I bubble wrapped and placed in a tyvek envelope. I have a t-shirt business and ship them like this all the time. The employee says sarcastically, "This is your package?" I said yes, why? She said "it's just an envelope". I asked what the issue was. She shakes her head and says "You need to pack this better". I said, no it's fine I ship these all the time!" She scans it and rudely tosses the receipt at me. Gave them one more chance...the last time was when I went in for an Amazon return. Amazon return instructions said to print the label and bring it in to the UPS store. So I did. The product was a coffee grinder in it's product box (not a shipping box). I first tried to use the kiosk and scanned my label. The kiosk said "PLEASE see an associate". I get in line and the associate while helping a customer stops and tells me "Hey do me a favor, hit cancel on the kiosk!" (No please. Apparently the kiosk has better people skills than the associate.) I look at the screen and there's no "CANCEL" button. He says " hit back! (There's no "BACK" button but he says "hit back!" again...) I find the tiny backwards ARROW key and press it. He smugly and sarcastically says "There you go!!!" Then he looks at my package and yells at me " You can't just bring that in here like that! You need a box!" I said "I thought that's what the plastic bags are for?" Yet he didn't offer to sell me one like they normally do and goes back to helping the other customer. I shook my head and walked out. So done with this location. I drove to the Calvine store and shipped the package without any issues.
