  I made a trip to my local UPS shop to send a package to a family member and the clerk Johnny made my experience worth noting. He explained the process and the type of packaging I would need to ensure the item was not damaged. He was friendly, professional, and the little store was clean and neat.

  I was there the other day and had a great experience. The manager Johnny was very helpful and friendly. I would drive extra miles to go to that ups store instead of the one closer to me. Highly recommended

  Went in on July 19 and Johnny let me print my 20 dollar bills and didn't give me any hassle..**just kidding** the guys were super friendly and made things super easy for me. I always use this UPS and that will stay the same. Appreciate the help!

  Johnny was fantastic today at The UPS Store On Calvine and Power Inn. My shipping label came out with a misprint, and he jumped right in, printed a clean new one on the spot, and got my package dropped off without any hassle. His calm, professional, and genuinely helpful vibe turned what could’ve been a frustrating errand into a smooth experience. Really appreciate the great service, Johnny — you made my day easier.   lost a package and I didn't know what to do. Luckily I came here and Johnny helped me out with my issues. He took his time to look at my tracking number and was able to tell me the destination and when it was coming. Amazing, thank you again Johnny.
