Devin was extremely patient, as I have to admit, I came in with a pretty spicy attitude. I was frustrated with the misinformation I was given at the other two places I had been prior to coming to this location. Devin, not only was still willing to help me as frustrated as I was but he was compassionate and empathetic. Devin put a little bit of my faith back into customer service today and I want to say THANK YOU AGAIN, DEVIN for being human, allowing me to be one as well but still being nice. I also want to apologize again for my challenging attitude. Keep being the friendly guy you are. As us, in the Black community say, you attract more bees with honey than vinegar. Thank you so much for the grace you extended me today.
