I wanted to share and experience upon a visit at this location for an Amazon return. I always use UPS Stores because they are accessible and convenient. I have had Amazon for years. The Natomas location is always welcoming, clean, helpful staff. You would hope that every store regardless of the location, staff, time of day that the quality of services is the same. Upon me entering the store a representation ( arms wrapped in an ace bandage) was on the phone I would assume with tech support for the printer. I entered with a wagon pulling a 8.5 ladder in its original packaging. Choosing that day to take advantage of the Prime day deals. She never once looked up, acknowledged me, greeted me or even called for assistance or support to assist her so someone could assist me. I stood there as she continued the call, still waiting for a hello, welcome, welcome in...nothing. Maybe a few later as I looked at her then at the.empty counter back and forth like I was a spectator of a tennis ball match. Someone came running to the counter. She said hello and I stated I had an Amazon return. I pulled up the QR Code on my phone, scanned and I left the counter to adjust and honestly cool down it was in the 90s ( thank you for the AC). Finished and left.

Message to the owner
Every person that enters your door should be greeted. An entry door bell is what the other store had so everyone was alerted when someone entered. It's not only great for the alert, it shows a sense of urgency and help the staff welcome in a customer for that day or a life time. It's also a contribution to your team for safety support. No cheezer is needed showing all 32 teef ( auto correct I know how to spell teeth), a smile would be nice but not necessary. We all are going through alot, regardless of what... bills have to be paid. Hence being at work, at a packaging store with the use of one arm (🥴, sending her healing energy and a swift recovery) make sure employees remember they are human, things will happen, not always according to the plan. On the phone with customers /tech are important, however greeting in necessary for world-class businesses ( counter should never be empty or add a BRB sign), it sets the tone from a 5 rating to a lower one. Greeting anyone that comes in with at least a "Hi", that should be none negotiable. I congratulate you on your ability to have a store in this troubling times most importantly customers who patronize your business. This is a coachable moment and wishing you continued success.
Oh maybe adding a water dispenser with paper cones cups (on hot days like doctors office lol) would add another welcoming touch. I'm not sure just love empowering and enhancing things. Looking forward to an amazing next experience.
Ok byeeeee 🩷🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
