- CBCarol Van BruggenJun 4, 20261.0Even though Amazon pays for your shipping be aware that if you pack in your own box they will upsell you for packing and a box. I had a box with no labels and was told they couldn't us it because there were some up arrows (meaning up is where the top is) and that meant there was hazardous materials in the box and they had to charge for a box, packing and packing materials. And the product was already in a box inside. When I returned to ask who told them they needed to rebox they said it was USP but they couldn't show me that in writing.
