  I normally get my business cards from here and the printing department reps are always so helpful, patient and kind. I've never left unsatisfied. They always make sure that you get everything you want and are looking for.

  I arrived at Staples at 7:46 p.m. to return an Amazon package and was informed that Amazon returns are only accepted until 7:45 p.m. This was very frustrating, especially since the store doesn’t close until 8:00 p.m.. I understand that stores may have specific procedures, but stopping Amazon returns 15 minutes before closing without clearly communicating that policy creates an inconvenience for customers who arrive before the store closes expecting to receive the advertised service. I made the trip specifically for the return and was turned away despite arriving before closing time. I hope Staples does a better job of communicating these restrictions or considers accepting returns until the store’s actual closing time.

  I just walked out after having asked for assistance at a copy machine regarding a document I had emailed to print. Neither of the two associates was willing to come out from behind the counter, but chose to speak to me from 20 feet away, rather than look at the copy machine and my email to help me. Absolutely horrible customer service with no other customers around.

  Got some business cards made, they were perfect, looked better in person too! Price was good and pick up was a short turn around.

  My laptop "locked up" and would not go to desk top. I took it in. Nathan ran through diagnostics immediately. He suggested a factory re-set. I left the laptop at the store. Two hours later he texted me and I picked it up. Problem was solved in a couple of hours.
