  They have begun charging $7 to simple put a piece of tape on a box for shipping. I wasn’t asking them to build a box or extra tape. Just a single piece of tape to seal it. I can understand the need to charge due to cost and labor but $7 is robbery.

  Great employees, except for Amazon returns. There is a lady there that complains about every customer. She bad talks the last customer to the next customer or to a fellow employee. Been there 6 times, and seen her go off on everybody, behind their back, that is!

  I’m convinced Staples has a secret portal where lost office supplies go to retire peacefully. Everything I’ve ever misplaced magically exists there in perfect condition. If you’ve ever lost a charger, pen, or your will to organize—this is where it comes back.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Idc what time of the month or even a year later. The woman who works in the printing section is so rude, unhelpful, & have a nasty attitude. Received some print outs that weren’t quite right, asked for help and was blown off, didn’t receive my money back and was told to fix it myself but I was unaware of how. It was embarrassing and frustrating and I tried to communicate with the woman explaining to her and just got a shrug.
