  Although my order took much longer to arrive than expected, the delay was largely due to circumstances outside of RXO’s control. A truck breakdown and other logistical issues resulted in me waiting more than five months for delivery. While the extended wait was certainly frustrating, I want to recognize the individuals who ultimately helped resolve the situation and made sure my order was finally delivered. The delivery driver was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Despite the challenges surrounding the shipment, he arrived with a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to ensure everything was handled properly and made the final delivery experience a pleasant one. I would also like to give special recognition to Jessica, who played a major role in helping locate my order after it had been sitting in a warehouse for more than four months. She took the initiative to investigate the issue and helped move things forward when it seemed like no progress was being made. Unfortunately, the company I originally purchased from offered very little assistance. Their tracking system was inadequate, and despite contacting them numerous times, I received little to no useful information regarding the status of my order. Thanks to the efforts of Jessica and the delivery driver, I finally received my product and the situation was resolved. While the overall process was far longer than it should have been, the professionalism, persistence, and customer service provided by these individuals made a significant difference. Their willingness to help during a difficult situation is greatly appreciated and deserves recognition.

  Good service was on time even earlier as scheduled....thank you....2 mattresses delivered...no assembly but here is finished beds ..
