After attending numerous demonstrations and sales presentations, I quickly realized that many credit card processing companies present themselves as POS vendors. If you’re like me, you understand that we are ultimately in the service business. When customers want to place an order or pay their check, they are not concerned with any system issues we may be experiencing. I’m pleased to say that my experience with Rezku has been exceptional. Their dedicated “Success Team” provided extensive support and training throughout the transition, making the process seamless and ensuring there was no downtime. Unlike many other POS companies I contacted, Rezku offers 24/7 U.S.-based technical support from knowledgeable staff whose first language is English.
