They wait three+ months before reaching out, at all. They rarely answer calls and when they do there is nothing helpful. They tell you call at a specific time to deal with an issue only to find that it was just their clever way of getting you off the phone. They do not verify your skillset so you never get offers targeted to your skillset. They are not interested in matching you with jobs that match a skill. Any job will do, to them, and the jobs are few and far between. There is no thought for the worker or what their abilities are. Be careful, I'd hate to have a desperate tradesman injure themselves doing retail resets and be unavailable for something that pays better and fits their abilities more closely.

Used to be a great temp agency to work for. Now they are very inefficient and unprofessional. I had to set up a new account after being away for a while. I was told by the app and tech support to call the office for I-9 verification. I had called the Arden office for several days and they keep putting me off. This place is nothing like it used to be...

If I could leave 0 star's, I would! Yall are trash. They never answer the phone, never return the voice-mail I leave. I've been waiting almost a week to get an I9 form sent to me so I can start working again. Yalls office should of been shut down instead of the Yuba city Location!

I’ve been trying to help my man find a job for a while now and this particular temp agency is the absolute worst they say they will call to notify you if a job comes up but then won’t send you anything… then they’ll tell you you have to check the app and it’s on a fist come first serve type of thing and the jobs they do have get snatched up so quick I personally would go with anyone else but people ready!!
