She is incredibly proactive, keeps everyone informed throughout the transaction, and - something that has become way too rare - she actually picks up the phone! In real estate, communication can make or break a transaction, and Diane consistently goes above and beyond to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. She is responsive, professional, knowledgeable, solution-oriented, and always seems to be one step ahead. After working with countless escrow officers over the years, I can confidently say Diane is one of the absolute best in the business. If you want an escrow officer who communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about getting the transaction across the finish line, Diane Fernandes is the person you want handling your escrow. Five stars isn't enough. Highly recommend!
