Then they refuse to send my package because it didn't have the right label on it when it actually did. I called the customer care center and made sure I had everything correct before I drove my butt all the way down to the FedEx store which is in the ghetto where I live and was given attitude.

Instead of taking responsibility for delays, they make excuses such as claiming there's an issue with your home address, apartment number, or other delivery details, even when the information is correct. It often feels like they're intentionally avoiding accountability rather than resolving the problem.
