They often fail to deliver packages on time, and when you contact customer service, the representatives are unprofessional and frequently provide misleading or inconsistent information. Instead of taking responsibility for delays, they make excuses such as claiming there's an issue with your home address, apartment number, or other delivery details, even when the information is correct. It often feels like they're intentionally avoiding accountability rather than resolving the problem.
- KFKelly FieldsJun 14, 20263.0It’s posted online that last delivery is 5:50 but she tried to say 4:30. She did get the package delivered on time though and I arrived at 5:40. Not too much to complain about but if you have to overnight something get there as early as possible.
- BCBen ChangJun 25, 20204.0FedEx has been struggling during Covid 19. That being said. This particular location has figured that out and is beginning to serve the counter faster. So, I don't recommend paying for 2 day service because you'll have to drive to one of there hubs to get your stuff. But the facility I was at got my package in a timely manner. ***No refunds (During C19 crisis) for their failure to deliver to my home on time
