  I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. Last week, I paid over $202 to send my original certificates internationally. When I later had an issue with the shipment, FedEx customer service asked me for a FedEx account number. Since I shipped through this location, I simply came back to ask whether an account had been created using the information I provided (my ID and contact details), or if they could point me in the right direction. I wasn’t asking them to spend a lot of time helping me - it was a simple question that took less than a minute. Unfortunately, Wanda was dismissive, sighed while I was speaking, walked away shaking her head, and made it seem like I was bothering her. Michael, the manager, was also rude and unwilling to help. Considering I had paid over $202 to ship important original documents, it was completely reasonable to be concerned and ask for assistance. My friend and I have used this location multiple times without any issues, but the one time I needed help after the shipment, I was treated with disrespect. This level of customer service is unprofessional and reflects poorly on this location. I will not be returning here. I still believe in FedEx as a company, but I will choose a different FedEx location in the future.

  I had to go there twice in the last like, 2 years to go drop off and ship a package out. And when I tell you, the customer service in this place isn't the customer service you would want at every single place. There's this older woman that works there. I don't know her name. I wish I did. She helped me out both times I was shipping out a package because the package I had the box didn't fit all the stuff, I needed all the stuff, she was able to go ahead, and help me out, figure out what box I needed. Help me to repackage it make sure that everything was secure. And she scanned multiple boxes to see which one was gonna be the cheaper option. Which one was gonna get there? The quickest and everything like that. When I tell you when you got customer service like that, you're willing to just scream to the rooftops. Because a lot of times you don't get that all the time. And when you're able to get that customer service like that, you're gonna go back to them. Each and every time because you know that they're going to do their job correctly. And the last time I was in there, I told her you helped me out last time. And you made everything so smooth. And so easy, you go to the Post Office, and they don't do that. And the amount of attention to detail that she helped me out, and I know that everybody else would have gave me the same exact attention, a 1 day, one.

  Went to drop off two large packages for returns. Very accommodating when asked if we could get help printing out the shipping labels. They helped us thought the whole transaction and were friendly. Pleasantly surprised. I didn't get their names, but it was a woman and a man who helped. Good customer service!

  Kathy is GOAT. I appreciate the extra mile she went. I visited 4 locations and got turned away but she took ownership and knocked it out. Thank you soo much!
