- EMEugene Mummelthie1 day ago1.0The staff are nice. As you can see, I said nice and not friendly and very helpful. Be prepared to do everything on your own, no guidance, no assistance, no one on the main floor to ask questions or whatnot. I had to constantly go back and forth for help to the front desk, and I'm not sure why the rep couldn't just come out and help me. They seemed more in tuned with the other coworkers, cutting it up about personal life stories and the regular customers who came in every day. They got top notch service. I don't plan on going back to FedEx for my printing, copying and faxing needs ever again!!

I ended up leaving the store without being able to print one page. The level of customer service was shockingly poor. The girl who assisted me showed almost no interest in helping, troubleshooting, or even trying to find a solution. Completely unprofessional, indifferent, and disappointing. If basic customer assistance cannot be handled, this business seriously needs to rethink its staff training and service standards.
