  I rarely go to FedEx Office nowadays, and I used to be an employee back in college so I know how hard it is working customer service, I came in to ship an item of clothing back to a vendor on today, but man Abigail made it look easy, she was extraordinary, had phenomenal customer service, out of this world Hollywood smile, great vibes and energy, and last but not least great conversation. Like I said I rarely go to ship at Fedex in general, but if I had to it’s always going to be this location so I can get Abigail great customer service again. If she isn’t already at that position yet promote her immediately to Lead Consultant or Assistant Manager she deserves it!!

  There have been times where I come in and there is this one lady that is extremely helpful at the counter, but most times I come in there is no one at the counter and all of the employees are gathered together behind the full service counter, but are not willing to provide full service to you. No one approaches you to even speak to welcome you into their store. This is very bad for business and there is zero customer service inside of this location.

  The staff are nice. As you can see, I said nice and not friendly and very helpful. Be prepared to do everything on your own, no guidance, no assistance, no one on the main floor to ask questions or whatnot. I had to constantly go back and forth for help to the front desk, and I'm not sure why the rep couldn't just come out and help me. They seemed more in tuned with the other coworkers, cutting it up about personal life stories and the regular customers who came in every day. They got top notch service. I don't plan on going back to FedEx for my printing, copying and faxing needs ever again!!

  Avoid this place at all costs!!! Service is not bad… IT IS TERRIBLE. They help you as little as they can. Even if they see you struggling, they make no effort to help you out. They expect you to know all the procedure … The worst attitude.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. There were five employees working and not a single person was willing or able to help me print a simple PDF document. I ended up leaving the store without being able to print one page. The level of customer service was shockingly poor. The girl who assisted me showed almost no interest in helping, troubleshooting, or even trying to find a solution. Completely unprofessional, indifferent, and disappointing. If basic customer assistance cannot be handled, this business seriously needs to rethink its staff training and service standards.
