- JAJim ArenzJun 2, 20201.0So far I have to agree with everyone else, CEVA Logistics is extremely unreliable. I was hung up on twice yesterday, and today I was on hold for 41 minutes before someone answered the phone. The representative informed me that they received my package from the supplier in MD on 5/21/2020, but can't seem to locate it anywhere; yet they assure me that it is on its way. How do they know it's on its way, if they have no idea where it is!! They are terrible! 1 star because it wouldn't let me give zero stars.
- ALAlex LouieJul 30, 20191.0They screwed up my Costco Delivery by leaving part of the items which they are absolutely not supposed to do. The other portion of my furniture delivery was damaged and CEVA told me that Costco would send a new table to us. Costco was out of it and CEVA REFUSED to rectify the situation by picking up the chairs so we could get our refund. The driver also never reported the damaged table to Costco. I HAD TO CALL AND ASK ABOUT IT! Ridiculous.
- SSShelbyJun 20, 20191.0They illegally dumped their garbage on the side of our road on their way out. A huge box from a couch and another large box from a dining table along with all the foam packaging that came with it.
- AWAndrew WetzelDec 19, 20171.0Do yourself a favor and avoid shipping with this company or buying from a retailer who uses them. First of all, the compancy did even not schedule a delivery with me until more than a week after the original delivery estimate. Then, they claimed that they would deliver within a 4-hour time block (9am until 1pm). When 1pm rolls around, and no delivery, I call them, but they have no idea where the driver is. 3 phone calls later, the package finally is delivered at 4pm, about 3 hours after the end of the delivery window. The delivery guys says that this happens all the time, that the compancy schedules delivery windows that they cannot fulfill, so this suggest to me that the problem is endemic. Avoid using them.
