  We hired this company for a wedding. Two guards were hired for 9 hours, with overtime pay and mileage. The consultation was with Cedric, who said he was the owner.  The guards were to make sure the people were on the guest list, check for COVID test or vaccination cards, and close the gates during the ceremony. The wedding was held on a remote ranch, and the guards were posted at the gate entrance to the property, which was quite far from the celebration area. I mention this because the guards did not do ANY of these things. We realized this when people showed up where not on the guest list.  We asked people at the wedding and a few days after, to find our NO ONE was checked. I am not sure what these two guards were doing all night. When the groom contacted the Cedric about this, and to request a refund, he was told "You should have called in to dispatch". When? During the ceremony?  First, there was not phone reception where we were, second, the people were already all there, and third, WE THOUGHT WE HIRED PROFESSIONALS. There was a reason we hired a security company to check the guest list, with two officers for under 100 attendees (there wer supposed to be a few more, but kept the two officers anyways), and the fact the they let anyone waltz in put us in danger. Also, we put COVID precautions in place because of immune-comprised and elderly family members, who were all put in jeopardy. We have sent several emails to clear this up, but now Cedric is not responding to emails. We wil not call him, as any further correspondence must be writing to add to our file. He also talked the groom into making the payment via a Money Order vs. credit card. I can see why, we could have made a complaint to the credit card company and reversed these charges. Whatever you do, don't pay them upfront. This company has another page with a different address and phone number. I will be posting there also.
