  Got my wedding programs printed here super last minute after FedEx's service completely fell through due to technical difficulties. Ryan from the Printing and Marketing department specifically did an AMAZING job getting them printed in less than 24 hours. It was such a relief to talk to a real human about what we needed. Ryan even called me personally when the prints finished to assure me that they would be in our hands in time for our big event. Thank you so much Ryan!

  Not the friendlyest place but they work hard and I've seen staff run from Amazon counter to staples check out to assist customers so that's why I say hard workers.

  ⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing customer service experience. I went into Staples today to drop off a UPS return. The employee was sitting at her station working on the computer, so I said hello. I didn’t hear a response, so after waiting I mentioned that I was there for a return. She responded very rudely, “I said I would be right there. I need to finish something.” I continued to wait for what should have been a very simple return. When she finally helped me, I explained that I had brought the item in its original box. She immediately responded with an attitude that she didn’t need the box because it wouldn’t fit in the return bag. I told her I was concerned the item could break without the box, and she dismissively said, “Nope, it won’t. You can take that box with you.” The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. There was no smile, no thank you, and no basic courtesy. I understand employees may be busy completing other tasks, but customers should still be acknowledged and spoken to respectfully. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” and a polite attitude would have made a huge difference. Staples should provide better customer-service training. Customers shouldn’t leave feeling like they were an inconvenience simply for asking for assistance.

  The cashiers are very friendly and helpful when I recycled some electronics and ink cartridges. I also received a $30 discount for purchase of a new printer because I recycled my old one. The whole experience went well!

  Ryan was very helpful in the print and ship center and was able to get my laminations done despite being super slammed. His hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks Ryan!
