  Extremely unpleasant every time i come here. Every single workers acts like you owe them money. They'll find any little reason to push off serving your need. Lol dude told me ohh it $17 to ship like its a struggle haha! Yes! I want it shipped! I continually see the same reviews and can be dated back 4 years ago about the same people. And the responses from the owner yet this has been going on. I have reached out to UPS corporate. Hopefully this will be fixed

  I have many times left quite numbers of boxes. Recently, owner restricted me with 10 boxes. Today I went for drop off my boxes, a young man asked me too much questions, how many boxes? How big are they, I said small and medium sizes, and I asked him, why are you asking too much questions? He said: We don’t take any. Normally, according to UPS rules; I can leave up to 30 boxes. Store is a brunch of UPS. He should not put any limit up to 30. As well as, UPS workers should not be rude to customer.

  Been in the store 100 times and never once heard a friendly voice or a smile from any of the employees. It's all business and zero interest in building rapport

  The service almost same with the United State Postal Service, but USPS have a lot branch or agencies. And in this place, you couldn't send mail to PO Box address.
