- GGgorepinas1 day ago1.0First time going here to drop something and the guy on the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Lack of customer service skills. Company should start explaining to their people on what customer service skill is.

HerediaOct 7, 20263.0I came to the store to drop off some Amazon packages and the store is so cluttered and full of boxes i it is actually blocking the way for you to walk in anyway the talk Korean person said next person inline and I wasn't ready because my app wasn't open to my Amazon so I opened it up and I got my return ready but by this time this person already walked away again so by the time I was ready he scanned the code snatched my package from my hand gave me my print out and said here like he wanted me out in the store so that's kind of rude of him and a nice little Korean girl with a lot of packages block my way and was getting hit by her own packages I took the time to get out of the way and help her with it it's actually two girls and sisters and I walked out of the store

Lol dude told me ohh it $17 to ship like its a struggle haha! Yes! I want it shipped! I continually see the same reviews and can be dated back 4 years ago about the same people. And the responses from the owner yet this has been going on. I have reached out to UPS corporate. Hopefully this will be fixed
