  The service almost same with the United State Postal Service, but USPS have a lot branch or agencies. And in this place, you couldn't send mail to PO Box address.

  Paid 7.99 for my package from T-Mobile to be shipped here since I figured it was secure to do so. Upon arrival turns out they gave my package to someone else that had nothing to do with us. I asked them if they asked for the address on file and they didn’t reply. Kept wanting to cover for themselves saying they “checked the ID” and I asked them yet again if they checked the address on the ID and they didn’t. The package had 3 new phones. This happened on June 6th and it is now June 9th and I have no update from them and the phone doesn’t even work. I don’t feel like I have to go out of my way to go and check considering it wasn’t my fault. On top of that, the two young guys working up front look like they just don’t care. I tried initiating a conversation with the taller one and he immediately cut me off saying “what’s your order number”. If they were nice or even had any sort of good customer service I wouldn’t even be typing this out but how can you have an attitude and not take responsibility for giving a package out that wasn’t that persons. So, yes I do believe it’s the right call to write this because I see so many others who already have had a bad experience but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately it bit me in the rear because now I’ve been charged 3 times by UPS (7.99 each time) my package is missing, and I won’t be able to get the new phones for who knows how long because of this investigation. It’s the most inconvenient thing and it’s upsetting to say the least.

  Recently on 2 occasions I had to return several products to Amazon but I was having trouble. Henry at the UPS store in Rowland Heights on Colima was helping me at that time. He was extremely patient and helpful. I was very pleased wuith his help.
