- HHhitman6 days ago1.0I just came in here to do my eddm routes as usual. The lady at the front snagged my papers treated me very poorly and Patrick (who I’ve worked with in the past) told me I needed to come through the side door into there office that says “employees only” and separate the routes into there boxes for the mail carriers. I already separated each route individually I told him I didn’t feel comfortable doing that so he slammed the boxes down in the office and said “fine you can do it out here” then he slammed the door. Very unfair and poor customer service here. I’m spending 800 plus dollars here with them. And I’m treated terribly.

It is absolutely crazy and irritating to put in a mail hold request, then get an alert on you home security camera and watch a carrier with his ball cap on backwards, walk up your front walk and put a package on the front step, and hearing him yuk it up and talk on his phone to a friend.

- HRHailey RSep 2, 20261.0The drive up mailbox is always extremely full by the end of the day, so much so that 9 times out of 10 my mail wont even fit through the opening. There used to be 3 boxes for this reason, but I was told by a staff that the individual who collects the mail at the end of the day "doesn't want to" have to empty out all 3, so they removed 2 of them. Boo-hoo, life is full of things we don't want to do but do anyways. Now it is always stuffed too full which creates constant issues for those of us who have mail to drop off every day after work. The mail is also supposed to be collected at 5, but the collector is usually out there collecting it at 4:45 or 4:50. So fyi, if you go between 4:50-4:59 p.m., your mail isn't getting collected and sent out until the next day's collection. smh.
