If you’re a freaking shopping center and I am getting my box and label from a kiosk to avoid the line. Why the hell is your option to close my box to buy tape off the wall and stand in line to purchase it!!!?? Just stupid and a waste of my time. I will never go here again.

Staff was rude from the get go and was that way with other people before me. I was literally mocked by the lady behind the pick up door/window to my face. This place needs to retrain their staff or greatly reconsider how customer service is handled.
