  My boyfriend got a pickup notice at the house for his phone since he wasn’t home and when he went to pick it up that evening they didn’t have it and said the driver still has it in his possession. So he went back the next in the evening after work and now they couldn’t find the package that was supposedly there. Employee said they had to call the manager to figure it out and would call the next day. He got a call later in the evening saying they found the phone- apparently the driver was about to return it back to the sender and then he realized it was supposed to be at the store. So now for a 3rd time he has to go back in rush hour traffic. Never had such issues with a store

  I waited a whole hour to pick up my package—it was terrible! There was only one employee working there.

  Absolutely baffling lack of simple customer service. Called to confirm notary services and mentioned I would be there in 10 minutes to which I was greeted with “see you soon.” Made it in 8 minutes and the notary “had to take lunch so you can try one of our other stores.”

  Despite boxing up my Amazon return in a plain shipping box, taping it, and presenting my QR code, this location would not accept my return. She instructed me to purchase one of their boxes, and when I refused, she refused to accept my return as she could not “guarantee the quality of my box.” Do not do Amazon returns here! It feels like a money-making scam.
