  Very disappointing experience. I paid almost $1,000 to ship two large packages from this UPS Store to Spokane, WA. The total was $979.95, including two Large Package Fees of $320.50 each. One of the shipment receipts was also marked “Store Packed” and “Pack and Ship Guarantee,” even though the package had already been packed before it was brought to the store. The wooden crate was built and packed by the sender, not by this UPS Store. I have receipts, photos, and video showing how the packages were packed and received. I have contacted the store and requested a written explanation of the charges and the “Store Packed” designation. In my opinion, the pricing was extremely high, and customers should carefully review all charges and shipment details before paying. I am very unhappy with this experience and am waiting for the store to explain what happened.

  They were extremely rude to me and charged me 6 dollars for an Amazon return bag. This place is a complete rip off

  Very disappointing experience. Korri was unfriendly and unhelpful. My package needed additional tape, and instead of offering a solution, I was simply turned away. Other UPS Store locations have always been willing to help with minor issues like this.
