- OGOlyvya GencurDec 26, 20251.0I went there to print. They charged $3 per attachment, not per email, plus 30 cents per page (black and white). I was overcharged; it's like being robbed. Since I needed it, I had to spend $44 just to print my things there.If I can give no star I would. I went to other ups store before and they didn't charge this much. Ridiculous!!

- JJJQDec 17, 20221.0Worst UPS store ever. They dont take customers as they come in. It all depends on what you are there for. If you are there for amazon and someone else is there to buy stuff. They separate the lines even though all cash registers can take returns. So if the amazon line is longer, and someone comes in for another service they may get out of there before you. Secondly, ups stores have contracts and get paid to take amazon returns. If you have a box that needs tape, most other ups stores tape for free. This one the 9 others that are associated with this owner charge $1 for using a few inches of tape! I wont buy a roll of tape for something so small. I understand that amazon doesn’t pay for the stores supplies, BUT Amazon pays you to take in returns. A little good customer service wouldnt be a bad idea. A little tape for a box wont hurt your profits. Especially when other stores not owned by this owner dont charge for tape. Wouldnt come here again.
