  Outstanding staff. Selena, Will, and Ty are skilled , patient, and knowledgeable individuals. But best of all…they are honest, professional, and kind. They found my lost wallet and held it safely for me until I could retrieve it. I will absolutely refer family and friend to use this UpS store ‼️

  The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that I can also drop off USPS packages. We’ve used their services for fingerprinting, notary, shipping, and they’ve been kind, quick, and professional every time

  Random pricing policies that always feel like scam! Happened every time I tried to mail smth out but yesterday they’ve really outdone themselves! I needed to send a small (less than 1 lb) package as Priority Mail, and at one of the registers the options offered to me were $186 and $199. Mind you I was sending same packages for around $30-50 at a different UPS location. I declined the services and they offered to check USPS rates which also ended up being crazy high! I almost left when the guy at a different register literally whispered: I can send it out for you for $20 smth. I couldn’t believe this is happening and was offered very different rates as soon as I decided not to leave. I ended up mailing out my package for $39 for three day delivery which I now regret for cause it’s second day today and my package is not even scanned.

  Absolutely horrible customer service they yell at you when you misunderstand something, like idk what cave they grew up in but absolutely horrible customer service very rude.
