  This UPS Store has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. My "FREE" Amazon return ended up costing $3 because the employee refused to accept the box without charging for a small piece of tape. I wasn't asking for packing services, just a drop-off. Nickel-and-diming customers over something so trivial makes the "free return" claim feel misleading. On another visit, I needed only a few seconds to pull up my Amazon return QR code, but the employee couldn't be bothered to wait and immediately called the next customer. The interactions felt impatient, transactional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. If customer service matters to you, I'd recommend taking your business to another UPS Store.

  I’d give this place zero stars if I can. I brought my Amazon return in and they wouldn’t tape the my box. $2 for piece of tape that costs them nothing. I was going to get something notarized here but I decided I won’t be doing business at this ups store anymore. I’ll be going to the foothill store

  Always easy in and out for me. Amazon returns mostly. People need to realize this is not the US Post Office or even UPS shipping hub (ours is in Rocklin). If you want cheaper rates on items or shipping then go to those locations. I go to the PO for stamps and have taken packages directly to the UPS hub. Not as convenient, but that is the trade off.

  Purchased shipping and printed label myself at home. Showed up the same day - scanned the package in and dropped it off no problem.
