How do they expect to get new customers if they choose not to even answer the phone to answer questions. Wow. I'm so glad I'm not a local because this is ridiculous from an employee at a franchise.

They apparently have a side kiosk where you can scan your Amazon code and put your return into a bag, then into their collection bin. While that could be convenient if the store was actually busy, both readily available employees were chit chatting and elected not to help me.
