  If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. Numerous times, when I am expecting something delivered, it becomes lost or somebody else might have received it and not give it to me. I am not sure if the person sorting and placing the parcels in the mailbox pays attention or simply just does not care! Last July, I was expecting a pair pf prescription glasses. The USPS tracking says it was delivered. IT WAS, JUST NOT IN MY MAILBOX!!!!! Today, I received an email saying that the personalized gift for my son was delivered. It was not in my mailbox. I found a key and took the package from the assigned box. The item was not mine and I brought it to the rightful owner. There are times that I get mail which is not mine. I will drop it in the Outgoing Mail slot (or bring it to the Post Office) as respect to the correct recipient. Something has to be done. Before people like lose any more items through USPS.

  The post master told me they refuse to deliver my packages because I do not have a mailbox intstalled. How is this not pure negligence? Just deliver the package to my door or notify me to pickup at post office location. Having a tiny mailbox to recieve packages as a formality is just silly and outdated. Its 2026 let's do better and catch up usps. Every other delivery service delivers directly to my door, with zero issues.

  Getting right to the point: package delivery at this location has been extremely unreliable in my experience. I’ve had multiple packages marked as delivered that were nowhere to be found. After reporting them missing and following up with staff, it’s surprising how often the package suddenly appears in my mailbox hours later or the next day. One lost package can happen anywhere, but when it becomes a recurring issue, it raises serious concerns about the accuracy of delivery scans and package handling. If you’re expecting important deliveries, be prepared to keep a close eye on tracking information and potentially spend time filing missing package reports. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and investigates the ongoing delivery issues, because customers shouldn’t have to wonder whether their packages will actually arrive when marked as delivered.

  I really like coming to this post office, they are pretty quick with their service and Donay is always very helpful and friendly everytime I see her. I just wanted to say thank you again for all of your help!
