- BBBeau BrandenburgJun 15, 20261.0Getting right to the point: package delivery at this location has been extremely unreliable in my experience. I’ve had multiple packages marked as delivered that were nowhere to be found. After reporting them missing and following up with staff, it’s surprising how often the package suddenly appears in my mailbox hours later or the next day. One lost package can happen anywhere, but when it becomes a recurring issue, it raises serious concerns about the accuracy of delivery scans and package handling. If you’re expecting important deliveries, be prepared to keep a close eye on tracking information and potentially spend time filing missing package reports. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and investigates the ongoing delivery issues, because customers shouldn’t have to wonder whether their packages will actually arrive when marked as delivered.

- JEJulie EckertMar 24, 20261.0POST MASTER IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE WITH LESS RHQN PROFESSIONAL SKILLS. OUR MAIL CARRIER ALWAYS DELIVERS OUR MAIL TO OTHER PEOPLE AND WE RECEIVE THEIR MAIL. THIS IS A WEEKLY OCCURRENCE. IVE BROUGHT THIS TO THE POST MASTERS ATTENTION. IT WENT IN ONE YEAR AND OUT THE OTHER AND NOTHING EVER GOT DONE ABOUT IT. This time it is gone too far because she carelessly put my tax return check in somebody else’s mailbox. I went to the post office, asked to talk to rhe Post Master (when rhe man told her a customer needed to speak with her, and very rudely said, “you've got to be kidding me” and sighed) I told her what happened and her response was, “Well I dont know, and the mail carrier is gone”. NOW I understand why ALL of her employees talk about how terrible it is to work for her. POST MASTER/MAIL CARRIER ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT OUR MAIL.
