- ABAnna BananaJul 28, 20261.0And another time my delivery person only delivered part of my mail. There’s no one to contact and I got to be on a hunt for my package. I don’t know why it’s not possible to hire people who are able to see what’s in there truck and deliver it. There’s always ALWAYS one package missing. If I’m lucky they come back later but most times I got to go to the post office and ask for it

Even though I told her it was my first time shipping anything out she rolled her eyes so I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager .Manager was also no help. I told him what she was doing and he dismissed it and said she’s just trying to ask where is it going and I told him that she was rolling her eyes while she was asking what is the ZIP Code? Will not come here again customer service is trash and they definitely need better management!!!!!!

I don’t have time to go to this office and ask for a key. Hire people who know how to do their job!
