He is trying to get reactions out of people to post on his social media. Please do not engage. He wears a mask and sunglasses concealing his identity. The police are aware and it seems like there isn’t much anyone can do so I wanted to leave this review as a warning to anyone in the area. Especially women. He’s shoving his camera in everyone’s faces trying to make you mad. Don’t speak to him.
