- AKAlexandra KennedyJul 13, 20261.0I cannot give a negative star but I would if I could! I am not one to leave reviews unless it is to boost a business who is performing in an outstanding manner. But the employee working for this location was just plain RUDE from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left! To be fair, he did not single me out.. I found his behavior toward other customers equally disgusting.

- BBBillMay 19, 20262.0There really is not much good to say about this UPS Store location in Grass Valley. The service has been consistently frustrating, and the staff often come across like they either do not know what they are doing or simply do not want to help. Even simple things feel harder than they should. If you check in a package at the machine and try to hand it to an employee, they will often tell you to put it on the rack instead of just taking it from you. Sometimes the package does not even fit on the rack, but the attitude still seems to be that it is your problem, not theirs. There is very little customer service or willingness to make the process easier. The new location is also a mess when it comes to parking. If you drive a larger vehicle, getting in and out of that tight lot is a hassle. There are times when you are stuck waiting in the street just for people to pull in or out. One time I parked in the back, and the UPS truck parked in front of my vehicle and blocked me in for nearly 20 minutes. All around, this location is just a poor experience. The staff can be argumentative, the parking is terrible, and the whole process feels more stressful than it needs to be. Unfortunately, it seems like one of the only real UPS options in Grass Valley, but I would avoid this location if you can. Be prepared for poor service, bad parking, and a frustrating visit.
