- CJCynthia JeffersonMay 13, 20261.0Worse post office in Riverside tried to drop off my package and I didn’t have any tape the Asian lady at the counter said we can’t provide customers with tape when I stood in line and watched another employee tape another customers package makes no sense, So I drove all the way home to get tape. When I returned with my package got the asian lady again and she said my package wasn’t tapped up enough like lord you and this tape! I rather drive down the street to the Chicago post office what a waste of time. Horrible experience
- BGb. g.Apr 8, 20265.0They are usually very helpful when I go in and I am attended very very quickly they are very nice to me an recognize me and always compliment me when I go in and say that I smell nice and notice when I change small details about my appearance they always offer polite compliments to me and I have always received prompt service here every time I have gone and they have given me tips regarding ways to ship and in some cases they have helped me with strategies to tape my packages 📦 so the innards of the boxes that I am shipping do not fall out which I appreciate them greatly for it.

She was very polite and helpful, she even gave me a free envelope to ship a book as long as I did a review. I think that’s a fair trade thank you Mayra for all your help! The only complaint I have with this post office is opening time instead of 10am they should open at least at 9am to help customers.
- JSJason SAug 11, 20251.0My mail keeps coming to my house opened. 2 times the envelopes had bank cards in them. On June 17,2025 my sons gc were stolen n the birthday was sent back return 2 sender. This has been happening for about the last 2 years. I’ve already reported it to the post master a few times, n we are still having this problem. Anyone else experiencing this same problem? Here was yesterday’s letter that was opened.
