She took the time to look into the problem and then explained it thoroughly. Wasn't the result I was looking for but, she was very helpful.

The female staff are always helpful. However, the men are a whole other story they could care less about anything, but getting out of there as fast as possible, not one bit of customer service in their bones. Always rude and short with everybody This location really needs to be looked into…
