- BDBenilda Duke4 days ago5.0Our mail carrier goes above and beyond. Carolina doesn't just deliver the mail she has provided great customer service by understanding our needs. We will usually close early on Fridays and she makes every effort to deliver before we close. Their job is not easy work, dealing with the elements, people with dogs, traffic, you name it. So are lucky to have her assigned to our office.

I told her I'd received an email from USPS stating my package was there and available for pickup. She said because there was no notice to my PO box that it wasn't there. I told her about the email confirming my delivery and she said that was just from the manufacturer! I tracked it and it showed it was received by her post office yesterday afternoon. She stated, and I quote" You'll just have to come back tomorrow! Next in line!!". Dismissing me like I was I was bothering her to do her job!! How rude and very unprofessional.
- FGFabian GarciaMay 4, 20261.0There is a mail lady named CAROLINE or CAROLINA that doesnt deliver mail to houses with Dogs apparently. Eventhough the dogs are locked away in the house, if she hears them bark she walks away with your mail. She has done this countless times to me. And dont worry about trying to complain, her husband is the supervisor there so trying to complain about her , nothing happens. The entire block has a problem with her, and when we went to complain several employees said "shes a problem, but nothing happens because the supervisor is her husband" . I will have to reach out to higher upper departments next to try and get this resolved because these managers here dont address it AT ALL! They told me to have a mailbox posted in the entry of my driveway so that she wouldnet have to walk up to my door, and they gave me two weeks to do so, now that I have done that, today was the first day i should have gotten my mail, and now they are telling me that I needed to get a PO box? The mailbox cost me $300 to put up and they want to play these games? UNBELIEVABLE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE! Im going to call every single department available above them to get this addressed and handled properly without any person of interest involved like her husband! There own employees said so!!! That she is a problem!

Only Tues-Fri after 2pm. We returned the following week and met with Mohammed who was amazing. He was thorough and very easy going. We didnt feel rushed or stressed about the 4 passports we were processing. Huge thanks to him!
