  This is the first time that I have used the services from this UPS store. I had to ship an urgent package with overnight delivery. The package in a bag weighted only 1.65 lbs and they charged me $187 usd. Very expensive. but since I needed to send this urgently, I paid it. On the receipt it stated that it would be delivered next day between noon n 3pm. When I tracked it it indicated that they had missed "the scheduled transfer time" and it was going to be delayed and additional day. I called the store to ask if I would get a prorated refund since they did not deliver the service that I paid for and the front desk clerk answered n indicated that only a manager could say what they do in this case, but no manager was available . The clerk took my phone number n name n said that a manager would call the next morning. Early the next morning, Alex the store manager called, apologized for the inconvenience of the delay, she indicated that she would put a claim for me to get a refund. She was extremely nice and professional. I truly appreciate when I am treated as a valued customer.

  I’m moving from California to Washington and needed to ship most of my things. I was extremely nervous but Benika was so incredibly helpful and kind! She reassured me and answered all my questions and made my moving process so much easier. She definitely deserves recognition for her hard work and welcoming attitude! Thank you so much Benika!

  This UPS store is amazing. I recommend it to Friends and family. 💯 Alix Was extremely helpful to me I would like to express how kind she is every time I come into the store, She always helps me with my packages and with my shipping . Thanks again

  Staff were friendly. Long line and it wasn't moving fast, I think they need to hire more workers but all in all not terrible. I go here from time to time to ship packages to my mom
