  The morning crew came across as very bossy and unwelcoming today. I didn’t hear a single “good morning” during our visit. My mom also noticed the tone and manner of the notary cashier. At one point, that notary cashier called out from across the room and told one of us to close the door. A gentleman and I were closest to the door he ended up closing it. It wasn’t necessarily the request itself, but the tone and manner in which it was communicated that felt rude and demanding. When my mom mentioned her concerns, the response became immediately defensive. She then asked the gentleman if he was offended by the way she spoke to him, and he said no. I was also standing close to the door, and if she had spoken to me that way, I would have been offended. Saying “please” or “thank you” doesn’t automatically make communication polite or respectful. Tone and delivery matter as well. Overall, the experience could have been much more welcoming and professional.

  This place is very odd. Unprofessional!! Scammers! Lady at the front counter thought I was going to buy a large shipping box for $18 like blink your eyes lady! I had to ask her twice to see if she was joking or trying to make me feel stupid into buying an $18 box! Hope that box moved itself to the moving truck because that’s one expensive box O’girl..

  The White lady with the black hair that works in the front bullies her employees she thinks she’s gonna be the manager. She’s got another thing coming the way she talks to people in front of other customers and other employees. I told her something she sure didn’t talk to me the same way she talked to them fire this lady. She’s a mean bully. she likes to humiliate others so she can feel valid. I wish she would try to bully or talk to me like that lmao
