  Have had a mailbox here for over 8 years now and have had basically quite a good experience doing business here up until a few months ago. Sadly, it appears to be the norm now, not to put notifications in my mailbox when I receive parcels or packages too large for it to accommodate. Several times, recently, my packages, (items that I have already ordered and paid for) are just left sitting about someplace. These unnecessary delays cause many issues, inconveniences, problematic useless searches, and reorders. I truly wish to rate this business 5 ✨ stars again and definitely will, once this snafu is is corrected.

  This place is very odd. Unprofessional!! Scammers! Lady at the front counter thought I was going to buy a large shipping box for $18 like blink your eyes lady! I had to ask her twice to see if she was joking or trying to make me feel stupid into buying an $18 box! Hope that box moved itself to the moving truck because that’s one expensive box O’girl..

  Unfortunately, I had a very poor customer service experience. I came in only to drop off an Amazon return. There were two other customers still filling out paperwork and not ready to be helped. When it was my turn, the employee told me I was “entitled” and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I simply asked if she could scan the barcode for my return, and she responded, “Let me finish talking,” in a scolding tone. Customers should not be spoken to this way. Employees should remain professional, respectful, and focused on providing service, not belittling customers. Very disappointing experience.
