  Went in to look for some back to school supplies for my kids upon entering I saw plenty of workers in the sales floor and and a cashier walking to the register and walking away repeatedly when I was ready to pay I waited over 5 minutes and never had a cashier come to the front to ring me up. I don’t believe it’s necessary for me to have to go out of my way to ask if someone can help me checkout when there is a number of workers in the store the only person who seemed to be actually helping customers was the young man working the Amazon returns. I was trying to avoid from having to order my items to be shipped and wanted to try the classic way of going in to the store to shop, I can see now why people are switching to online orders mostly.

  Just had to give a 5 star for the guy Joshua at the front helping with the Amazon returns. Very cool, sociable guy. Ive came here several times and you can tell he tries. But I will say that it sucks whenever its busy with the regular line and Amazon returns but you dont have the managers helping out. Like come on management, if you see your team members being heckled at by customers but youre just hanging out by the printers, dont you think that you could help out at least 5 customers just to get the line moving? Either way, ive been here several times and Joshua always holds it down no matter how many people are in the line.

  So unorganized, stood in line for over 30 minutes trying to do an Amazon return. They need to have more people assisting with this area

  Totally dislike coming here for Amazon returns. The line is LONG and can be longer when there are people purchasing items because the same person taking the Amazon packages is the same one ringing up the Staples purchases and those are priority EVERY TIME! The casher won't come back to the Amazon line until everyone in line for Staples purchases are complete. I was waiting in line with 5 people infront of me. Watched the cashier move over to the other register to ring up Staple purchases even tho they just walked up to the register. I found a manager and asked why they don't have a cashier for the Staples purchases and she told me it's because Amazon only pays for 1 employee at 8 hours. None of this made any since in getting an employee up front for the Staples purchases but it was justified in her mind. This was at the Moreno Valley, Ca store and happens very often. As I left once my return was completed with Amazon, I counted 16 people in line behind me. Ok Staples, noted. I will shop for office supplies at office depot. No problem. 😉
