0 stars!!! I came to this Fedex to drop off a mini backpack to ship with my husband. I bought a box there and the cashier said she would tape it up for me out of courtesy. She asked me if I wanted to add filler and I asked her how much that would be... she said $8. I told her no it's fine. Between ME and MY HUSBAND; I told him $8 for filler is crazy work and she butted in and said well it's for filler and for the tape that, i can always charge you if that's the case. Like what? She said she was doing it for me out of courtesy, then she wanted to charge me? It doesn't make sense. Me and my husband just looked at each other and didn't say anything and she just kept going on and on about the filler and tape. We kept quiet got our recipet and left. Come to find out she put my package was 8lbs (the backpack was a loungefly and it does not weigh 8lbs 😂 it weighed 2.6lbs even with the box) and Fedex double charged me shipping. Talk about holding a grudge. Very unprofessional.

I'm having rim and tires shipped from CA to WI. The person was going to drop them off at this location. I mentioned that the rims and tires wouldn't be boxed but packaged to the FedEx standard listed on their site the outlines the full process ending in shrink wrapping them.
The woman told me that they do not accept shrink wrapped products. I asked if she meant her location or all FedEx locations. She said ALL locations. I mentioned that she was incorrect as on FedEx.com they literally have a step by step instruction on how to ship rims/tires that THEY call out using shrink wrap. That set her off and she told me that no locations would accept them, I was wrong and hung up.
Attached is the photo showing she is wrong and I'm sure I'll get a call back soon apologizing ;) If corporate monitors this call was at 5:41p CT on 6/29. That woman needs to no longer be employed by FedEx...

Extremely rude woman on the phone. Gave me information that 100% contradicts information on FedEx.com. The $20/hr employee must know better than corporate guidelines listed online…

I came in today at around 4pm to buy mailing envelopes and print out something that I needed. The girl that helped me at the cash register name Jas was kinda rude. I had told her the kisok was broken and I needed a card to put money in so I can print something. I usually use the computers to access my email to print things out. I guess another way to print out documents is by emailing Fedex and getting a code to print something and then pay from there. Well anyway there was some kind of miscommunication because I had never done that before and she assumed I knew how to do that and said I would have to use cash with her but I can pay with card at the printer. In the beginning I didn’t quite understand her because I’m not familiar with the process. All I wanted to use was the damn computer to access my email and print from there . When she realized in the beginning that I misunderstood her she started talking slow like if I was stupid. She showed me the card with the Fedex email I would have to send my document to and then put the card away assuming I knew where to send the email and after she saw I didn’t know the email she asked me if I needed it. Her frustration was immediate and all in all it just seems like doesn’t handle stress well but you can honestly see it with her passive aggressive attitude. She wasn’t of help at all and just seemed really rushed and was talking about how busy she was. I used to always come to Fedex during college to print things out and I have never had this kind of experience and all the workers have been patient and nice. I tried to send the document to the email twice with my phone and was unable to, I knew if I had asked her it was not gonna he a pleasant experience so I left.
