- BHBrenda HJul 22, 20261.00 stars!!! I came to this Fedex to drop off a mini backpack to ship with my husband. I bought a box there and the cashier said she would tape it up for me out of courtesy. She asked me if I wanted to add filler and I asked her how much that would be... she said $8. I told her no it's fine. Between ME and MY HUSBAND; I told him $8 for filler is crazy work and she butted in and said well it's for filler and for the tape that, i can always charge you if that's the case. Like what? She said she was doing it for me out of courtesy, then she wanted to charge me? It doesn't make sense. Me and my husband just looked at each other and didn't say anything and she just kept going on and on about the filler and tape. We kept quiet got our recipet and left. Come to find out she put my package was 8lbs (the backpack was a loungefly and it does not weigh 8lbs 😂 it weighed 2.6lbs even with the box) and Fedex double charged me shipping. Talk about holding a grudge. Very unprofessional.
