  Terrible service. I walked in and was greeted, then that was it. The guy walked to a computer someone else was working on and never said anything again. So there I am just waiting, no longer being acknowledged. The finally some long haired guy comes up and then condescendingly says, let me show you how the self kiosk works. Proceeds to lean over the counter and do it on the kiosk. Dude, I know how to use the kiosk. I didn't want to leave my expensive package within reach of anyone who walks in. Service has been terrible everywhere since COVID and this place is no different. If you're the long, grey haired guy...grow up and just do your job. There was nobody waiting and you weren't doing anything. It's really just bottom barrel in customer service now.

  I needed to have a very special item printed and also do some shipping. Ruben was very friendly and so helpful. He explained and walked me through with patience and care.

  The employees are helpful and friendly. This review is about charges. On 2/24/21, I needed to ship a medium size box but was charged for a small size box. I noticed the error on my receipt and the employee refunded $12.65 and charged me for the correct amount. On 3/11/21, I noticed a charge of $12.65 in my bank account. I didn’t keep the receipts (shipment already arrived to its destination) but luckily the tracking numbers showed up on the bank transaction. It was easy to speak to a FedEx representative to get it refunded but I shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place. If you get a refund on a charge, please keep your receipt and check your bank account to confirm FedEx doesn’t charge you weeks later.

  I would never use this store. They have no idea what they're doing. I have shipped countless packages through FedEx and only at the store do they give me issues.

  Michael M. Helped me print all of my wedding invitations and inserts. He was so nice, helpful, and worked super fast! I would definitely recommend him to take care of your printing needs!
