The workers are friendly and respectful, but there has been some mail that I have sent had gone somewhere and then direct back to the correct address which makes me upset. They need to monitor people who scanned our mail, so it won’t deliver to the wrong address. Anyway, this is the only post office in my area that is close by to open on Saturday.
- DBD. B.Mar 31, 20221.0I will be calling back tomorrow to speak to the actual Manager. Today a Woman answered my Phone Call. I got a Package that said Do Not Bend Twice. As the Item is Fragile. They shoved it inside of my tiny Mail Box instead of the actual Parcels 1 or 2. It was big enough to not be shoved In the small one. She had the nerve to tell me was it broken? How would you like your fragile items shoved in your Mail Box. Disgusting work attitude. I'm not pleased and the package was supposed to be delivered by UPS not USPS. She claimed she'll bring it up in their Meetings. Well guess what. Whoever is doing the Route on Acorn Hill CT. In Rio Linda. Better be paying close attention to Packages because I don't play. I will continue to call higher up and other Managers. Get it together USPS. And I will make sure to follow up tomorrow.
