- LDLily DikesJun 11, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this post office. My passport appointment was canceled without any notification. I only found out after arriving with my one-month-old baby for the appointment. We took the time to travel there, only to be told that no one was available and that the appointment had been canceled. What made the experience even worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to help us reschedule. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way, especially families with newborns who make a significant effort to attend their appointments. I expect better communication and customer service from a government facility. This experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and a complete waste of our time.
