She acts like she hates her job and when I asked her to print the packing slip she acted like the computer was down. She also gives attitude to everyone in the store.

They clearly need serious training on professionalism, accuracy, and treating customers with respect !!! I came to send my passport overnight shipping and buy a return label. The employee at the front desk heavy blond woman falsely claimed UPS “doesn’t do return labels which I knew wasn’t true. When I ask another employee she even stopped her from helping me because she had a bad experience with another customer had to pay extra for over weight for return label. She cannot change the company policy based on her experience and give false information! Completely rude, unprofessional, and misinformed! I went to another UPS store, and they completed the same task in 5 minutes with no issues. The difference in service was shocking!
