I watched them greet every single customer with a genuine smile, and no matter how busy they were, the first words out of their mouth were, “Hi, I’m so sorry you had to wait.” That simple act of kindness and empathy immediately put people at ease. Both have such a warm, positive personalities and treated everyone with patience, respect, and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone consistently make every customer feel welcomed and valued, especially during a busy day. USPS is fortunate to have an employees like Veronica and Kayla. They turned what could have been an ordinary trip to the post office into a genuinely pleasant experience.
