  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store. Ghazi was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipment. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you receive customer service like this. I highly recommend this UPS Store at 18601 Sherman Way, Reseda. Thank you, Ghazi, for your outstanding service!

  I visited this store for some returns also notary services. Ghazi took his time helping me even though he was occupied with other works and helped me with care and efficiency. I would always go back to this welcoming store with great professional employees.

  Find another store. The owner is rude and dismissive and talks down to his staff. The store misplaced a stack of mail during the holidays that included multiple checks for payment. Has lost other mail. I've been calling for two days to speak to someone and sent an email. NO response. Terrible customer service from the owner. His employees are the best thing about the store (they're great- very kind and helpful when they can be).

  In this state of economy I really don’t like to leave a bad review unless forced to, and this is one of those situations! I came in to refuse a package and the girls (seemed new and didn’t know how to navigate the system) said sure sign here and here … ok …”. Then they proceeded to ask me “how do you want to ship the package ?” … WHAT? I wanted to refuse the package and send it back to the sender, what shipping? They obviously don’t know you can do that. Ok so I explained and showed them some website explaining the process and they said it will be done. Next day I saw it was still showing that I had picked up the package and that it was in my possession!?! Ahhh long story short I still haven’t had an update nor anyone from the store rectify this situation leaving me without my package and close to $1000 out of pocket due to this package not being properly rerouted! Absolutely ridiculous lack of support from management in following up and lack of support internally in leaving brand new employees there to “figure” out and navigate a UPS software system! Anyone can open a drop spot but if this is back by the UPS NAME IT NEEDS TO BE MORE THAN THAT! Where’s your customer support!?!? Why do I have to spend countless hours of my personal time to correct a simple mistake on your part? Total disregard to helping its customers!
