- KNKeirwin NguyenJan 8, 20251.0New worker, was rude and unhelpful. Made me feel like my presence was an annoyance. Gave me a form for customs, and was snarky when I asked if I could have the package weighed, and complained I didn't fill out the form all the way without verifying the final entries. Ultimately, a month later my package was tracked as arrived but the recipient never got the package. Of course, this is likely unrelated to the employee at the post office if everything was right, but I am left with a bad taste in my mouth after having had a couple of years of nothing but good experiences with this smaller post office. Edit: My package was returned. On the shipping label, Drive was spelled Dive. I sincerely hope such a minor typo wouldn't cause my package to fail being delivered, but it does show how much the employee cared.
