We were able to buy a new box and use our original shipping label. She was able to manually enter in a very trouble barcode into the system as well. Even though we came close to closing time. We didn’t feel rushed to hurry and exit. Jean is an amazing worker and goes all out for each and every customer. Thank you so much Jean!! You are greater appreciated for everything you do!!!

Nothing could be done even when I told them the issue how every hub was able to deliver, they said they will talk to driver but still happens.
