He said he would have to pack in the box with everything it needs then weight it. I then ask I would be obligated too pay for it even if the cost is to much, he sat there and smiled. I then asked him Don’t you have a calculator to add it all up and his answer was no! So I picked up my object and said you are useless have a good day. Went to another UPS store they pulled out a calculator to add it up and told me the price before the even touched it. Don’t go to the UPS store in Redwood City. RUDE AND POOR SERVICE!!!!
