  Went in to see if I can get some UPS small and medium express boxes. Did not have them available and told me to order from UPS directly.

  Called and left message if notary was available and if so, when. Never called back. Struggled to get past construction to enter store on July 6. Two arrogant young men did not understand my 89 year old aunt and myself wished to have two separate documents notarized. The simplest concepts like two different documents and two different ideas they seemed confused about. Looked at us with a blank stare. Very odd and extremely rude. When the notary could understand in plain English what service we were requesting He then could his notary book and stood up and said I think you should leave. Would not ever recommend that store having lived in the neighborhoods for 36 years. Try another store.

  Wasn't able to pick up a package addressed to my mom, because my drivers license didn't have the same address on it as the one on the package... because I got my drivers license years ago when I lived somewhere else. A rude man at the store insisted that we couldn't pick it up, despite calls to UPS corporate 3 separate times saying it was OK and company policy. The sad man who works here clearly relishes in what little power he has. Absolutely pathetic.
