  I wanted to write this review to thank Jocelyn for being amazing. I was on a shipping deadline, and Jocelyn stepped in, immediately provided viable recommendations to resolve my shipping needs . She was professional, reliable and incredibly supportive. I would give her more stars if that was an option. Thank you!

  Staff are always prompt and friendly, this is by far my preferred shipping location. Only reason I knocked two stars is the parking lot security guy always gives me a hard time if I bring my one year old me with me (I'm a stay at home dad, I can't leave her at home and certainly not in the car!), he starts asking if we're going to beach (there's a full public lot around the corner that's closer to beach! Crazy!) and says we can't park there. I have really bad social anxiety and this guy is making it hard to even walk up to the store with out feeling attacked. I understand the need for parking security, but I should have to deal with this as a customer

  After reading all the latest, poor reviews. I was apprehensive to come to this location. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to. Seems there’s been some changes within the employees. I had the BEST experience this morning. I needed to drop off a package and get a Passport picture. The 2 young men who helped me, were more than helpful and extremely kind. I was in and out quickly without issue!! A big thumbs up to them!
