  Ryley deserves a raise, a trophy, and possibly her own TED Talk on customer service. 😂 We walked in as two visually impaired people needing a notary, which quickly turned into, “Oh, and we need this printed… and help with this… and where do we sign… and what pen are we even using?” 😂 Ryley handled ALL OF IT while somehow still managing the counter and helping everyone else. She figured out what pen felt easiest for us to write with, physically guided our fingers to the signature lines, explained everything without ever making us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much, and genuinely took all the pressure out of the situation. Accessibility without making it awkward is an ART, and Ryley absolutely nailed it. By the time we left, I was like… wait, why am I suddenly looking forward to my next notary appointment?! 😂 Seriously, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Protect Ryley at all costs. Give this woman the $250 Amazon gift card AND employee of the month. 😂❤️

  i had a letter package delivered there because UPS cant access our apt bldg usually. The female employee interrogated me asking if i just wrote down their address and sent it. when i said yes she said YOU CANT DO THAT..now I'm going to charge you $10..like she was the police handing out ticket. i have done this 10x and never had problem. they just charge me $5 and say thank you. Even if I'm not allowed to send it, she could have handled it way better instead of looking like she was about to call the police

  Extremely unhelpful staff . We went to drop off a return item from TikTok shop . The person assisting and his boss both were very rude and said we have to talk to the TikTok shop customer service because it is a large item . Our return instructions clearly said no box needed but they did not pay any heed to that and flatly refused. Never going back to this UPS store .
