  Kimberly was so helpful and knowledgeable! She went out of her way to make sure my international documents that needed to go to a small village in Italy were done properly. She was very efficient and friendly.

  Kim and Joe were great and above and beyond. Joe helping a customer with a damaged package which was obviously not appropriately packaged by The customer. Kim helped me find the very appropriate sized package/box for my very expensive shipment to Egypt. Both worked the whole time having high respect for the customer and a smile in their face

  I cannot thank Danny, Stacy, and the entire DHL team at the Redondo Beach location enough for what they did for us. We had an extremely important trade show and customer meetings in Germany, but our critical samples were delayed at the LAX Gateway due to customs. My husband had to fly to Germany on September 2 as scheduled, while I stayed behind hoping there was still a way to get the samples to him. Danny helped me first. Even though there was realistically no way for me to receive the package that day, he took my situation seriously, explored every possible option—including whether it could be forwarded directly to Germany—and kept my contact information so he could continue following up. I returned early the next morning and met Stacy. The package had not yet arrived, but she immediately explained that she could communicate internally, see what could be prioritized, and find out what they could do to help. Shortly afterward, through their team’s coordination, they discovered that the shipment had just arrived and was being unloaded. Danny immediately called me, and Stacy then did everything she could to locate and release my package as quickly as possible and helped me with everything needed to send it straight to Germany. What impressed me most was that they never ignored DHL’s procedures or made unrealistic promises. They simply kept asking, within the proper workflow, “What can we do to help?” To Danny and Stacy, this may have felt like simply doing their jobs. To us, it was extraordinary. During an incredibly stressful situation, I genuinely felt that they were on our side, working toward the same goal. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Danny and Stacy represented DHL with professionalism, ownership, empathy, and genuine care. Because of employees like them, businesses like ours can operate internationally with much more confidence. Thank you, Danny, Stacy, and the entire team. What you did made a much bigger difference to us than you probably realize.
