She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure everything was handled correctly. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Mady truly set the standard. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help made all the difference. If you're visiting this FedEx location, I hope you're lucky enough to be assisted by Mady. She is a tremendous asset to the team, and I'll definitely be returning because of the excellent service I received.

I dropped off a package 20 minutes before the cutoff time, and it was supposed to be delivered in Texas the next day by 10:30 AM. They didn’t even hand it to the driver. Their excuse was, “Sorry, we were busy.” As a result, I had to fly there that same night and personally deliver the package because the soccer game could not be played without the item inside. If something is truly important, don’t trust FedEx. Use UPS instead.
