This post office is consistently understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous. Every single time I come in, there are at least 25 people in line, and you should expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to get helped. I have personally waited over an hour here before. It’s incredibly frustrating how inefficient things are run considering how busy this location always is.
The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because, to their credit, all of my packages have at least been delivered to the correct location.

My mailbox was destroyed by street youths back in November. Things happen. After almost 2 months of picking up the mail for my household when the clerk decided that I wasn't allowed to get it because the stack they had showed my husband's name on the top envelope. I understand that they are concerned about security but it was still my last name and address. If the mail had been delivered to my address I would have been able to access it using my key to the mailbox so what is the difference???
