  Unacceptable Delivery Errors for 2 Years – No Accountability I have experienced persistent, systemic delivery issues with this USPS branch for over two years, despite having the exact same regular carrier. Approximately 30% of my packages (1 out of every 3) are never delivered or go missing. Furthermore, I constantly receive mail belonging to other residents in my mailbox, meaning my personal mail is likely being misdelivered to strangers as well.Tracking down packages is always a guessing game because they are left in completely unpredictable, random locations. In stark contrast, every other major carrier—UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and DHL Express—delivers flawlessly to my address every single time, even though they constantly rotate drivers.I have called and spoken to the manager multiple times regarding these ongoing errors, but they show zero care or urgency to fix the problem. The lack of basic oversight and accountability at this branch is deeply frustrating. I now actively avoid purchasing from sellers who only ship via USPS because the service here is entirely unreliable.

  This post office gets a lot of hate, and I get it. The lines can be big and slow, and historically I've dreaded having to come here. I will say this as my experience today: it was absolutely lovely. I had a package to grab that couldn't be delivered because my mail gets delivered to one of those "community/cluster" boxes. The note left said that there was not an available lock box, so I could either come to the post office and grab it, or have it redelivered (which on itself is a fantastic option). I needed this box this weekend so I thought ok, I'm going to head down to the post office and grab it and hopefully it isn't a nightmare. It totally wasn't! The employee that took care of me was professional, courteous, and very pleasant to deal with. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I realize it won't always be that smooth, but for the sake of the employees there I wanted to give a glowing review with 5 stars because they have always taken care of me and at some point you have to realize the rank and file aren't the issue, they are fine folks who just want to provide professional service. I see the same professionalism both at the Churn Creek post office and the more rural post offices closer to my home. Cheers, USPS! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

  I absolutely do not like this post office. Long lines. Frazzled unfriendly clerks. LOUD " Postmaster(?)

  Today at 8:00 am with Willy the supervisor at the 96002 location I was treated so poorly he even told me that I would get over it. Customer service is main priority everywhere else. He even threatened to return my mail. Last he released and gave me someone else’s mail in my mix of mail…. Just so sad.

  This post office is consistently understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous. Every single time I come in, there are at least 25 people in line, and you should expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes just to get helped. I have personally waited over an hour here before. It’s incredibly frustrating how inefficient things are run considering how busy this location always is. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because, to their credit, all of my packages have at least been delivered to the correct location.
