- EAEric AJul 15, 20265.0I'm from our of town. I visited around 930am on a Monday. There was a steady stream of patrons the 5 minutes I was there. Most seemed to be in and out quickly abd happily. I found the self serve kiosk to be helpful to get some postcard postage. But if you want traditional stamps with standard or special designs, you need to go to the counter. Stamps dispensed from the kiosk dont have designs.

I regularly get my DPS completely out of order, and now I have a personal package that has been to 6 hubs, in each instance one day in next day on the road. And then there is Redding. It has been there three days, not moving, and no one can't find it. It was supposed to be here on the third of July, it is now the ninth. Dont try and use the world cup excuse as Redding isn't involved in any way. Not ONE executive or manager should get a bonus, raise, perk, anything until they clean this outhouse up.

Approximately 30% of my packages (1 out of every 3) are never delivered or go missing. Furthermore, I constantly receive mail belonging to other residents in my mailbox, meaning my personal mail is likely being misdelivered to strangers as well.Tracking down packages is always a guessing game because they are left in completely unpredictable, random locations. In stark contrast, every other major carrier—UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and DHL Express—delivers flawlessly to my address every single time, even though they constantly rotate drivers.I have called and spoken to the manager multiple times regarding these ongoing errors, but they show zero care or urgency to fix the problem. The lack of basic oversight and accountability at this branch is deeply frustrating. I now actively avoid purchasing from sellers who only ship via USPS because the service here is entirely unreliable.
